    How to Disable Browser Cookies

    Steps for Google Chrome

    • Open Google chrome.
    • Click the Chrome menu icon of three dots in the upper right corner and below the cross button of the chrome window.
    • Click “Setting” from the menu options that have appeared after clicking the menu icon.
    • Now a setting window will appear. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Advanced”.
    • Click “Site settings” under the “Privacy and security” section.
    • Site settings will appear, click “Cookies and site data” under permissions.
    • Click “Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)” to block or disable cookies and then click “Block third-party cookies” to disable cookies completely from third-parties as well. To enable click the options again.

    Steps for Firefox

    • Open the Firefox browser.
    • Click the menu icon from the top-right corner of the Firefox window.
    • Click “Options” from the list of menu options that have appeared.
    • Options window will appear, click “Privacy & Security” from the setting content list on the left-hand side of the page.
    • Now you will see standard settings on or selected which are default browser settings change it to custom settings by clicking on the “Custom” button.
    • Under the “Change block list,” you can make a selection for what to block by checking the box. Click drop-down option before “Cookies”.
    • Select the drop-down options according to your preference and block cookies from the third-parties or from all the websites.

    Steps for Opera

    • Open your Opera browser.
    • Click on the menu button with the opera symbol.
    • Click “Setting” from the list of options.
    • Now a setting window will appear. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Advanced” button.
    • Click “Site settings” under the “Privacy and security” section.
    • Site settings will appear, click “Cookies and site data” under permissions.
    • Click “Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)” to disable cookies and then click “Block third-party cookies” to disable cookies completely from third-parties as well. To enable click the options again.

    Steps for Microsoft Edge

    • Open the browser.
    • Click the menu icon in the top-right corner of the browser window.
    • Scroll down menu options to the last option and click “Settings”
    • Scroll down to Advanced Settings section and click “View advanced settings”
    • Advanced settings will appear, scroll down to the Cookies section and click the drop-down button below.
    • Select “Block all cookies” from the drop-down options.

    Steps for Internet Explorer

    • Open the Internet Explorer Browser.
    • Click settings icon from the top-right corner of the window.
    • Click “Internet options” from the list of options.
    • A small window of internet options will appear, click the “Privacy” tab.
    • Click the “Advanced” button under “Settings”
    • A small window will appear, click or select “Block” for both first-party cookies and third-party cookies to block all the cookies.
    • Click “Always allow session cookies” box.
    • Then click “OK” to save changes.

    Steps for Safari

    • Click “Safari” from the top bar.
    • Click “Preferences” from the list of options that have appeared.
    • Now a window will appear. Click the “Privacy” tab from the top of the window.
    • Click “Always” to block cookies.
